Paper sheet, door app, or full centre suite?
Most centers pick one of three setups. Here is how A10dee fits.
A paper sign-in sheet.
No software. Someone has to read it to know who is in the room, and building a report means retyping it.
A door-only attendance tool, like A10dee.
A tablet at the door. Students find their name and tap, or scan a QR or barcode card. The Today board and room display show who is in now. Reports export CSV, PDF, or a printable Evidence pack. Optional parent email on check-in and check-out. One flat monthly price for 60 or 600 students.
$10/mo founding rate · same for 60 or 600 students · after October 31, 2026: $17/mo · 15-day trial · no card until it ends
A full center suite.
Adds things A10dee does not do: parent login, class booking, scheduling, and SMS. If you need those, a door-only tool is not enough.
