What is the simplest attendance app for a Kumon center?

A10dee does one job: scan-in and scan-out at the door. Students find their name on a tablet and tap, or scan a QR or barcode card. Staff see who is in the room, and Reports export CSV, PDF, or a printable Evidence pack. A Kumon instructor built it for our own center. Independent product, not affiliated with Kumon.

Can tutoring centers, camps, or studios use it?

Yes. It is built for Kumon centers and open to any tutoring center. The same door tool also works for tutoring centers, camps, studios, and similar session businesses.

How much does it cost?

Founding rate: $10/month if you start your 15-day trial by October 31, 2026 — that price is locked forever (grandfathered). Same price for all sizes (60 or 600 students). Built for Kumon centers; open to any tutoring center. After October 31, 2026, new centers pay $17/month. Billed in CAD in Canada and USD everywhere else. No credit card until the trial ends.

Do bigger centers pay more?

No. Same monthly price for every center size — whether you have 60 or 600 students. No per-student fee.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Start the 15-day trial on this site. No credit card until it ends. Add a student, check them in, and open Reports. Judge the product by what that trial can do.

What hardware do I need?

An iPad (or any tablet). Find your name sits at the top of Door kiosk — no cards and no NFC hardware required. Optional: print QR cards and set door mode to QR (camera appears under the name search). USB barcode guns work best on a computer, not on iPad; centers with a gun can switch to barcode or both in Settings.

Do students need cards?

No. On the door tablet, Find your name is at the top — tap and confirm — live the same day with no plastic fob kit in the mail. Printed QR or barcode cards and Student ID still work below on the same screen if you use them.

Can I import my K-SIS roster?

Yes. Drop a K-SIS Report B Excel export on Students (best for 1 vs 2 subjects), or a Student Report, or a simple CSV. Re-import updates by Student ID. A10dee is independent — not affiliated with Kumon.

Does it email parents?

Yes. Parent check-in and check-out email is off until you turn it on in Settings, and it only sends when a parent email is on the student row. There are no parent SMS texts. Included in the $10/month plan — no extra charge.

Can parents log in or book classes?

No. A10dee has no parent login, scheduling, or family booking. Not in A10dee. Add a parent email on the roster and Settings can send check-in and check-out mail. A family account so parents can book classes and see time left in class is Schedulo (schedulo.ca). Same team. Pick one — you do not need both.

Can I print attendance records for a review?

Yes. Open Reports, pick a date range, and tap Evidence pack for a printable PDF (summary, how records are kept, sample visits). CSV and visit PDF are there too. A10dee is independent software — not affiliated with or certified by Kumon.

Where is student data stored?

Roster, parent emails, and attendance are stored in Supabase in Canada (ca-central-1). The site and API use HTTPS. Staff at your center see your center only. Hdomingues Digital can open that data to run the service and answer support. We do not sell it. Parent notice mail goes through Mailgun. Card numbers stay with Stripe. We never store the card.

Who runs A10dee, and how do I get help?

A10dee is operated by 2120670 ONTARIO INC., an Ontario corporation, under the name Hdomingues Digital. Card charges show as HDIGITAL*A10DEE. SCHEDULO is a registered business name of the same corporation (Ontario Business Identification Number 1001735657). Write to [email protected] and a person at Hdomingues Digital reads it. What happens to our records if A10dee shuts down?

While your account is open, Reports can download CSV, PDF, and an Evidence pack. If we close the product, we email the center owner and leave that export available for at least 30 days, then delete the center’s roster and attendance. Email [email protected] any time to ask for deletion sooner.

Is A10dee affiliated with Kumon?

No. It is an independent product. Mentions of Kumon and K-SIS are descriptive only. A10dee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kumon.
